“Del Re” (Dell Ray) is the owners grandmother’s maiden name

This is a grassroots wine bar—woman-owned, independently operated, and built from the ground up.

After 20+ years in hospitality, owner Elizabeth poured her experience, savings, and passion into creating this space. From 2014-2016, Elizabeth was the beverage director at the hidden gem Northern Glendale restaurant Bashan.

The wine list is carefully curated with a focus on organic, natural, and low-intervention wines from producers who care as deeply about their craft as we do.

This space is all about good wine, real connection, and celebrating the beauty of doing things the authentic way.
